Høydenfestivalen is a student festival that finds place in beautiful Nygårdsparken in Bergen, on the 1.-2. september. The festival seeks to be a meeting point between students and young adults from all parts of Bergen, and to portrait a diverse picture of Bergen's cultural scene and student culture. The program combines concerts with local and national artists with conversations and debates with some of Bergen's leading mediators and politicians.

Høydenfestivalen is completely run by volunteers, and has a goal "To create a safe, engaging and diverse meeting point in Nygårdsparken. Høydenfestivalen is one of Bergen's most important cultural arenas for students and young adults. The festival is organized with a particular focus on inclusion, diversity and sustainability"
