Kreativt Hjørne” is a free initiative for children and youth aged 6-16, aimed at fostering creativity and personal development. The program provides a safe space for participants to explore artistic expressions such as painting, crafts, drama, music, and writing. It emphasizes inclusivity, encouraging collaboration and understanding among children from diverse backgrounds. By offering a variety of creative activities, it promotes self-expression, boosts self-confidence, and enhances cognitive skills. Operated by volunteers and supported by local donations and business sponsorships, “Kreativt Hjørne” ensures accessibility for all children, regardless of socioeconomic background. It serves as a positive after-school activity, contributing to community building and cultural enrichment.

About the organization:

Aktivt Pusterom AS is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the physical and mental health of the local community through various activities and initiatives. Our programs serve children and youth in need of activity-based camps, leisure, and respite care, as well as elderly individuals seeking active social meeting places. We also cater to other groups who benefit from regular physical and social activities. Our offerings include: • «åpent hus» for grades 5-7, 8-10, and youth aged 16+ • «klubbkvelder» for grades 5-7, 8-10, and youth aged 16+ • Weekend and holiday camps for children involved with child welfare services • Activity groups as an alternative to a youth mentor • Exercise sessions and social café for seniors four times a week • “Kor è koret?”, a choir for individuals with dementia Aktivt Pusterom AS strives to be a positive community contributor, improving well-being for all.
