Alltidhjelp.no is a nationwide, ideologically and religion neutral voluntary organisation, founded on 23 March 2023 in Bergen. Alltidhjelp.no offers free dialog services for people in crisis, trough telephone and chat. The organisation's purpose is to offer dialogue services to people who experience challenges related to mental health, suicide thoughts, substance abuse, violence, loneliness, sexuality and other challenges.

The organisation's target group is everyone who lives in Norway, with the main target group of children and young adults, between the age of 10-24 years. Through the findings in the Public Health Report from FHI (2022) and the SHoT survey (2022), it concludes that this group is particularly vulnerable.

Alltidhjelp.no was approved in April 2023 by the international helpline organization Througline and FindaHelpline.com. In October 2023, the organization was approved by the national communication authority as a humanitarian organization and was assigned a 5-digit number (02356).
